i found the staff very accommodating. the reception was friendly and polite. maintenance services are good, i did appreciate that. the rooms were clean, i had no issues with that. the free valet parking was also a great bonus for me.

the location is very convenient near the dragon mall. my room on the sixth floor had an excellent view. i found it easy to get groceries and fast food nearby.
i found an additional locked door in my room connecting to the next room. this made my family uncomfortable. the bathroom had an odd design with the wash basin outside it. complimentary toiletries like shampoo were not provided only soap solution was available.

I WAS frustrated by the limited parking. I had to park far away and walk back, quite inconvenient. During checkout, there WAS no staff to help with bags. I had to use a trolley myself. This self-service approach FELT embarrassing and UNEXPECTED.

i noticed one small thing, the parking space was a bit limited during peak hours, so there could be a little search.

i want to thank miss goma mr bryan and buddi they made my stay special the room was clean and spacious the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay the location was convenient close to the dragon mart mall it was easy to access shopping and dining options.
the car parking was sometimes limited during busy weekends this made it difficult to find a space i had to search outside for parking.
